BIR issued Revenue Memorandum Order 18-2011 dated April 14, 2011. Allowing Employees Receiving Purely Compensation Income to file anywhere.
This order was issued to allow the acceptance of Out of District returns for CY 2010 of Employees Receiving Purely Compensation Income.
This is a welcome announcement for Employees earning purely on compensation to file anywhere today. Filing returns after this day will incur penalties. So file now.
Employees who receives purely on compensation income can file with any RDO and their tax filing centers.
