BIR was invited by “On Call” which is a new public service program of GMA News TV hosted by Ivan Mayrina and Connie Sison. Representatives of BIR for the said show are Regional Director Nestor S. Valeroso and RDO Clavelina S. Nacar today April 1, 2011 which will be aired 4:00 to 5:00PM.
The BIR officials will answer questions of callers. The show has a call center wherein they entertain the questions of the televiewers. This may be a good time for people who have concerns in their tax filing or other tax matters. The BIR officials are “On Call” live today.
Timing is quite right as the tax filing deadline is fast approaching. The BIR has posted tax filing centers that are frequented by taxpayers like malls, city halls, and other government offices.
The BIR has posted personnel’s in their Tax Filing Centers located in Quezon City Hall, Mandaluyong City Hall, SM Cubao, SM Megamall, Star Mall, Shangri-la Mall, Robinsons Place, Robinsons Galleria, BIR National Office and other commercial areas.
