Pampanga has a lot to offer especially when it comes to food.  This is where Sisig all started I think near the old railway in Angeles City.  Back in 1990 sisig was not that popular in Manila yet. But when I first tasted it when I usually pass by Angeles to visit my old pal.  We would always have our dinner there.
